Airbnb Infographic
There are 18.160 Airbnbs in Milan, Italy. All of them are shown on the cover of this publication that provokingly asks “What Airbnbs are worth it in Milan?”
The over eleven thousand Airbnbs that are entire apartmens were the focus of this exploration which shows the correlation between the number of listings and the average price per neighborhood in a bar chart. Additionally a Map with Areas C to A, which all have one of the cheapest and one of the most expensive listings on Airbnb is shown and analysed in the the publication. For instance is one of the cheapest and one of the most expensive listing both in Brera with a price difference of over 10.000€ between the two.
It also shows the most used words in the listing title per area.
